Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Raeburn prohibits bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments and improper inducements. Business must be won and conducted on legitimate commercial merit.

Gifts, hospitality and conflicts

Gifts or hospitality must never be offered, requested or accepted where intended—or reasonably likely—to improperly influence a decision. Material conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed.

Third parties

Suppliers, contractors, introducers and other representatives must not be used to do anything Raeburn could not lawfully or ethically do itself. Proportionate due diligence and contractual controls apply according to risk.

Books, records and reporting

Transactions and expenses must be recorded accurately. Suspected bribery, concealment or retaliation should be raised promptly through appropriate management or the confidential Speak-Up procedure.
