Information We Collect

We may collect your name, work email address, company name, booking details, and any information you choose to share about your workflows, systems, or operational challenges when you contact us, book a call, or discuss a project.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, assess whether our services are a fit, deliver consulting work, maintain relevant records, and improve the performance and security of our website and booking flow.

Lawful Bases

Where UK data protection law applies, we generally rely on legitimate interests for handling business enquiries, performing pre-contract steps when you request a consultation, performing a contract where services are agreed, and legal obligations where we need to retain certain records.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Google Calendar for bookings, Stripe for payment, Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics, a managed PostgreSQL provider for service records, and the configured AI provider when a consultant generates a draft proposal. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and may store or transfer data outside your local jurisdiction. We do not put payment card details into our application database.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, delivery, security, record-keeping, and legal or accounting obligations. The engagement documentation should confirm any client-specific retention or deletion requirement. You may ask us to review or delete information by emailing dpo@theraeburngroup.com, subject to records we must retain.

Cookies and Analytics

The service uses an essential HttpOnly case-access cookie after an assessment, purchase or secure handoff so that you can return to your own onboarding and delivery record. Vercel provides aggregate site analytics. The embedded Google Calendar booking flow and Stripe Checkout operate under those providers' policies when you choose to use them. We do not use advertising cookies in this application.

AI-Assisted Drafting

Submitted business context may be sent to the configured proposal-generation provider only as part of delivering the requested service. Generated material remains a draft until a Raeburn consultant reviews it. Do not submit special-category personal data, candidate CVs, credentials, or other unnecessary personal information through the assessment forms.

Your Rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email dpo@theraeburngroup.com.
