Explicit consent
A client is not named, quoted or offered as a reference without explicit permission covering the intended use.
Customer proof
A structured way for prospective buyers to speak with genuine clients where those clients have explicitly agreed. The programme is consent-based; participation is never assumed.
A client is not named, quoted or offered as a reference without explicit permission covering the intended use.
A completed engagement does not automatically make the organisation a public reference client.
Reference conversations are arranged only with the client's agreement and reasonable limits on frequency, subject matter and contact details.
Reference status, case-study approval, testimonial permission and permission to use a logo/name are tracked separately.
References must not disclose confidential commercial, personal, security or project information beyond the client's approved scope.
Clients can withdraw future reference use; historical public materials are handled according to the agreed consent and applicable obligations.
Public reference clients will only be listed here after written consent. Until then, the absence of names means exactly that: the programme exists, but no public reference claim is made.
