Governance
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Raeburn Consulting is committed to fair treatment, inclusive participation and decisions based on relevant capability, evidence and legitimate business requirements.
People
We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment, victimisation or retaliation. Recruitment, work allocation, development and supplier interactions should be conducted fairly and consistently.
Accessibility
We consider accessibility and reasonable user needs in digital services, communications and engagement design.
Client delivery
Transformation and AI work should consider who may be affected, avoid unjustified exclusion and use proportionate human oversight where automated systems may affect people.
Recruitment AI
AI-assisted recruitment work is decision support, not an excuse to remove accountable human judgement. Data quality, relevance, fairness, accessibility and potential bias must be considered.
Suppliers
Supplier selection should be based on proportionate commercial, capability, risk and ethical criteria rather than irrelevant protected characteristics.
Raising concerns
Concerns may be raised through appropriate management, complaints or Speak-Up routes without retaliation for genuine good-faith reporting.
