Raeburn does not tolerate forced labour, servitude, human trafficking or unlawful child labour in its operations or knowingly in its supply chain.

Supplier expectations

Applicable suppliers are expected to comply with employment, human-rights and modern-slavery law and to take proportionate steps to identify and address relevant risks in their own supply chains. These expectations are also reflected in the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Risk-based diligence

Supplier review is proportionate to factors such as service, geography, labour model, subcontracting, access and criticality. Concerns may lead to further evidence requests, remediation, restrictions or termination subject to contract and law.

Speak up

Suspected exploitation, concealment or related unethical conduct can be raised through appropriate governance or the confidential Speak-Up procedure.
