What We Will Not Do
Trust is partly defined by the work a consultancy is prepared to decline.
Present projected savings or modelled ROI as realised client outcomes.
Recommend a technology because a vendor pays more without disclosing the material incentive.
Design avoidable lock-in merely to preserve consulting revenue.
Deploy high-impact AI decision making without appropriate human accountability, evidence and governance.
Build deceptive impersonation, dark-pattern or covert surveillance systems that conflict with lawful and ethical client use.
Put restricted client data into an unapproved AI service for convenience.
Pretend a generic security policy equals implementation, testing or certification.
Claim regulated professional authority that Raeburn or the responsible specialist does not actually hold.
Use vulnerable people or pro-bono recipients as a pressured sales funnel.
