Public-interest technology

Community & Pro Bono Programme

A structured route for contributing technology expertise where it can create meaningful community value. Support is free to selected recipients and is separated from misleading impact claims or pressure to buy subsequent services.

Pro bono technology clinics

Time-limited diagnostic sessions for eligible charities, community groups and mission-led organisations where technology guidance could remove a practical barrier.

Open tools & methodologies

Publish useful calculators, reference architectures, research methods and technical resources openly where doing so creates broader public value.

Charity/community projects

Select bounded projects where Raeburn's technology, automation, data or digital skills can produce meaningful benefit without displacing essential paid specialist services.

Skills & education

Free talks, workshops, student/young-person learning resources and practitioner knowledge sharing where capacity allows.

Responsible digital support

Help eligible organisations understand technology risk, AI governance, data handling, system rationalisation and supplier decisions without using vulnerability as a sales funnel.

Community evidence

Report completed activity and outcomes only after delivery; targets and pledged hours are not presented as completed impact.

Eligibility

Priority may be given to registered charities, community organisations, social-impact projects, educational initiatives and small mission-led organisations where there is clear need, useful fit and sufficient capacity.

Boundaries

Pro bono status does not reduce security, confidentiality or professional boundaries. Raeburn will not claim regulated expertise it does not possess, and recipients should not become dependent on unsupported systems after a project ends.

CURRENT PROGRAMME STATUS

Programme established · completed impact will be reported from evidence.

No hours, beneficiary counts or monetary impact are claimed here until the work has actually been delivered and recorded.
