Research and public-interest programme
The Institute is the research, policy and open-knowledge programme operated by Raeburn Consulting. It exists to produce useful evidence and public technical resources, not to manufacture awards, accreditations or implied independence.
Publish transparent methods, practical datasets, evidence frameworks and original analysis for enterprise technology decisions.
Contribute evidence to relevant public consultations and calls for evidence where Raeburn has useful practical experience.
Participate in open technical and governance discussions where contribution is substantive and appropriately attributed.
Publish board briefings, implementation guidance, open templates and reference architectures designed to improve decision quality.
The Institute is not a separate university, regulator, standards body, charity or independent legal entity. Research outputs disclose authorship, methodology, limitations and relevant commercial relationships. Advisory Council members do not approve commercial sales claims unless they explicitly review the relevant material.
