External Advisory Council

The Council is being established to provide external challenge, specialist perspective and peer input to the Raeburn Institute's research and public-interest work. No individual is listed as a member until they explicitly accept the role and consent to publication.

Current status

Private formation stage. The governance framework is established, but the Council is not being publicly launched until credible founding members have accepted appointment. This route is intentionally excluded from search indexing until then.

What members do

  • Challenge research questions and assumptions.
  • Review selected methodologies or publications when invited.
  • Identify blind spots, emerging risks and useful external evidence.
  • Advise on public-interest relevance and practical implementation.
  • Declare relevant conflicts and recuse where appropriate.

What membership does not mean

Council membership does not make a person a director, employee, partner, regulator, certifier or spokesperson for Raeburn Consulting unless a separate relationship explicitly says so. Membership also does not imply endorsement of every service, research output or commercial claim.
