Delivery assurance

Implementation Acceptance Standard

“Done” should mean more than deployed. Acceptance connects scope, evidence, testing, documentation, handover and known limitations.

Scope matched

Delivered work maps to the agreed scope or approved change record.

Acceptance criteria

Functional, technical and operational acceptance criteria are explicit and testable.

Evidence retained

Material tests, checks, decisions and known limitations are recorded.

Handover complete

Documentation, credentials/access changes, runbooks and ownership transfer are addressed.

Known issues visible

Open defects, constraints and follow-up actions are not hidden inside a completion statement.

Client acceptance

Where contractual acceptance is required, the exact deliverable/version and approver are recorded.

Benefits baseline preserved

Success at deployment is not confused with realised business benefit; the measurement baseline remains available for later review.
