Raeburn Institute flagship research programme
A planned evidence-led annual report on how UK organisations adopt, govern and extract value from enterprise technology. The programme is established now; findings will not be published until the evidence base is sufficient.
No national benchmark, percentage or trend will be published until sample size, collection period, sampling limitations, cleaning rules and calculation method are disclosed. Self-selected assessment data will not be described as representative of UK business without evidence supporting that claim.
Where rights and privacy permit, publication will include machine-readable aggregate data, variable definitions, methodology, revision history and a suggested citation so findings can be independently interrogated.
