Evidence standard

Client-Verified Case Studies

“Client verified” is a controlled evidence state, not a decorative badge. A case study receives that description only after the final material facts and permitted attribution have been explicitly approved by an authorised client representative.

1. Evidence

Material factual claims and quantified outcomes must be traceable to delivery records, agreed client data or another stated source.

2. Attribution permission

The client organisation, representative name/title, logo and quotation are each treated as separate permissions.

3. Client review

A suitably authorised client representative receives the exact publication draft and can correct factual inaccuracies.

4. Explicit approval

Client-verified status requires recorded approval of the final material version; silence is not consent.

5. Scope disclosure

Verification means the client approved the stated facts/attribution. It is not an independent audit, assurance engagement or certification.

6. Change control

Material edits to verified facts, quotations or outcomes trigger re-review where they change what the client approved.

7. Withdrawal/correction

Corrections are versioned promptly. Attribution or logo use is removed when required by the governing permission/contract.

Permitted status labels

Draft — internal working material. Evidence checked — Raeburn has checked supporting records, but the client has not approved attribution. Client reviewed — sent/reviewed but final verification is not complete. Client verified — final material version explicitly approved. Anonymised — publication does not identify the client and must not imply client endorsement.
