Material workflows, integrations and operational dependencies delivered by Raeburn should be documented to a level proportionate to the engagement.
Human escalation
Clients can escalate material decisions, concerns and AI-assisted recommendations to an accountable human.
Exit support
The close-out plan should address credentials/access, documentation, data export/return, deletion obligations and reasonable knowledge transfer.
Technology independence
Recommendations should be justified by client outcomes and total cost, with material vendor incentives disclosed.
Evidence before claims
Projected benefits are not presented as realised results and material client outcomes follow the published measurement standard.
No hidden dependency
Raeburn should not intentionally design avoidable technical or contractual dependence merely to preserve future consulting revenue.
