Specialist capability
A governed programme for bringing appropriate independent specialists into engagements when the work requires expertise beyond the core team. The network is in formation: individuals are not presented as members until they are vetted, agree the relationship and consent to any public profile.
Relevant expertise, evidence of experience, identity/professional checks proportionate to the role, conflicts disclosure, confidentiality/data obligations and agreement on the precise capacity in which the specialist may be engaged.
Independent specialists are not described as Raeburn employees. Their role, commercial basis and any material conflict relevant to an engagement should be clear where it matters to the client.
A network member's qualification, certification, clearance or regulated status belongs to that person/entity and does not become a Raeburn corporate credential unless the relevant scheme expressly provides otherwise.
Specialists should be selected for actual project need and independence, not added merely to make a capability page appear larger.
Formation stage. Public member profiles will appear only after vetting, agreement and explicit consent. A vacant category is not evidence that Raeburn currently has that specialist under contract.
